CE QUE JE FAIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Je produis des exp\u00e9riences attrayantes, centr\u00e9es sur l'apprenant<\/strong> qui transforment un contenu complexe en claire, efficace<\/strong> la formation. Ces formations peuvent prendre la forme de jeux s\u00e9rieux, de modules de micro-apprentissage ou d'outils simples pour l'apprentissage en personne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je suis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans conception de l'apprentissage centr\u00e9 sur le processus<\/strong> (accueil, int\u00e9gration, formation continue, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

J'ai \u00e9galement de l'exp\u00e9rience dans la conception d'apprentissage pour l'adoption et le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>, notamment les arts du langage et la broderie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MON PROCESSUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I use a backwards design framework<\/strong>. Je commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par quatre questions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instructional design, my questions are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. What will the person learn ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Comment sauront-ils qu'ils ont appris ? <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. De quels outils ont-ils besoin pour y parvenir ? <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. O\u00f9 sont-ils aujourd'hui ? <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For learning experience design, the questions change: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. How will the learner feel at the end of the process? <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. How will the learner access the learning tools provided? <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. How accessible is the learning interface? How seamless is the learning process? <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. What is the learners profile? What do they want to do? <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Cependant, je ne suis pas un concepteur d'apprentissage \u00e0 taille unique<\/strong>. I have also employed iterative design models (ADDIE, SAM) along with more objective and evaluation based frameworks (Bloom’s Taxonomy, the Kirkpatrick Model).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It is important to me to factor in the tenets of learning experience design, notably evaluation of the learning environment and tools available in order to developing des recettes simples, efficaces et accessibles <\/strong>pour l'apprenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
